I've already spent my gardening budget for this month, but if I hadn't I would be sorely tempted by two new offerings from the Organic Gardening Catalogue. They're got two new seed mixes of wild edible plants: one for salads and one for cooking.

Have you ever cooked with wild carrot? It is included in that second mix and is a weed around here (New York state). It is always quite tough when I dig it, but it seems like it ought to be edible.
